$90,000 – $110,000 a year - Office Full-time   Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our Mississauga Branch and support commercial roofing projects across the GTA. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting crews, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Flynn standards. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial roofing experience and be able to hit the ground running. What We Offer Company vehicle + gas card Branch and team social events Ongoing training through Flynn University and eLearning Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including: Dental and supplemental medical plans Vision care Life insurance RRSP matching program Employee & Family Assistance Program A Day in the Life Scheduling and coordinating roofing crews and manpower Monitor, approve, and track labour hours Communicate daily with crews, management, general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Attend project meetings, including handoff, pre-start, and site meetings Conduct site visits and resolve job site challenges Ensure all safety requirements, field reports, and site documentation are completed and up to date Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics Managing productivity, project execution, and contractual performance Coach and mentor field crews Requirements 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency Valid G driver's license Valid Working at Heights certification Ability to pass a criminal background check
