This is an individual-contributor role for someone who thrives on live delivery: running a sales training, presenting at a partner kickoff, or hosting a webinar, and who can turn product positioning into content that reps and partners actually use in the field. This role sits within Product Marketing and works day-to-day with Sales and Partner/Channel leadership to keep the field enabled, confident, and current. It's a strong fit for someone earlier in their product marketing or enablement career who wants to build a track record of high-visibility, customer- and partner-facing delivery. Responsibilities Design, build, and personally deliver sales and partner enablement programs - onboarding, certifications, kickoffs, and roadshows - through engaging live and virtual sessions Serve as a primary presenter for sales trainings, webinars, workshops, briefings and partner enablement events Translate product and technical positioning into clear, persuasive sales plays, talk tracks, and objection-handling guidance that reps and partners can use immediately Partner with Sales and Partner/Channel leadership to identify enablement gaps and build a recurring cadence of training and field-readiness programs Create and maintain core enablement assets, battlecards, playbooks, one-pagers, demo scripts, FAQ decks, in the team's enablement library and platform Support go-to-market execution for product launches by producing and delivering launch enablement (training sessions, talk tracks, objection handlings, FAQs) in partnership with the Product Marketing team Represent CoreView as a presenter at sales and partners events, webinars and conferences Gather field feedback from sales, partners, and customers, and channel it back to Product Marketing and Product Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner/Channel, Marketing, and Product to keep enablement content current and aligned with GTM priorities Other duties as assigned Qualifications Exceptional public speaking, facilitation, and live-training delivery skills, comfortable leading a room of sales reps, presenting to a partner audience, or hosting webinars Native English fluency, spoken and written, essential given this role's heavy sales and partner facing communication in English Strong writing skills; able to turn technical detail into clear, persuasive sales and partner content Experience in sales enablement, partner/channel enablement, and product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Partner/Channel, Marketing, and Product Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed team, able to run multiple enablement programs at once Based in the EU or Italy, with existing right to work in the EU Willingness to travel for partner events, sales kick-offs, and conferences Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and sales/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus Familiarity with US business communication style is a plus, given the role's engagement with U
