We empower the world’s leading organizations to master the complexity of Microsoft M365. Through robust security and precise governance, we help ensure that our client’s environments stay cyber-resilient and productive, no matter how complex they are. Backed by world-class support and a collaborative, innovative culture, CoreView is a place where your ideas matter, and your work truly impacts global enterprises. CoreView is looking for a Sales & Partner Enablement Manager who is as comfortable on stage as they are behind a keyboard. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who thrives on live delivery: running a sales training, presenting at a partner kickoff, or hosting a webinar, and who can turn product positioning into content that reps and partners actually use in the field.
This role sits within Product Marketing and works day-to-day with Sales and Partner/Channel leadership to keep the field enabled, confident, and current. It's a strong fit for someone earlier in their product marketing or enablement career who wants to build a track record of high-visibility, customer- and partner-facing delivery.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and personally deliver sales and partner enablement programs - onboarding, certifications, kickoffs, and roadshows - through engaging live and virtual sessions
Serve as a primary presenter for sales trainings, webinars, workshops, briefings and partner enablement events
Translate product and technical positioning into clear, persuasive sales plays, talk tracks, and objection-handling guidance that reps and partners can use immediately
Partner with Sales and Partner/Channel leadership to identify enablement gaps and build a recurring cadence of training and field-readiness programs
Create and maintain core enablement assets, battlecards, playbooks, one-pagers, demo scripts, FAQ decks, in the team's enablement library and platform
Support go-to-market execution for product launches by producing and delivering launch enablement (training sessions, talk tracks, objection handlings, FAQs) in partnership with the Product Marketing team
Represent CoreView as a presenter at sales and partners events, webinars and conferences
Gather field feedback from sales, partners, and customers, and channel it back to Product Marketing and Product
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner/Channel, Marketing, and Product to keep enablement content current and aligned with GTM priorities
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Exceptional public speaking, facilitation, and live-training delivery skills, comfortable leading a room of sales reps, presenting to a partner audience, or hosting webinars
Native English fluency, spoken and written, essential given this role's heavy sales and partner facing communication in English
Strong writing skills; able to turn technical detail into clear, persuasive sales and partner content
Experience in sales enablement, partner/channel enablement, and product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Partner/Channel, Marketing, and Product
Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed team, able to run multiple enablement programs at once
Based in the EU or Italy, with existing right to work in the EU
Willingness to travel for partner events, sales kick-offs, and conferences
Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and sales/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Familiarity with US business communication style is a plus, given the role's engagement with U
