JOB SUMMARY As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale. He/she achieves sales targets and proactively develops his/her client portfolio. He/she also participates in the daily boutique operations RESPONSIBILITIES • Maximize sales by achieving his or her own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers • Promote and sell Montblanc products by identifying customers’ needs and suggesting merchandise to meet their needs REQUIREMENTS • Form 5 graduate with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin • Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques • Outgoing and responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
