Vitreum is expanding its team and is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultant who can provide patients with an excellent experience and contribute to the growth of the clinic’s medical service portfolio. Job description The Sales Consultant will play an important role in patient interaction and in presenting the clinic’s services. The consultant will provide detailed information about the available options and support patients in making informed decisions about their eye health. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust and an approach centred on patients’ needs. Responsibilities Advise patients on the medical services and procedures offered by the clinic, according to their individual needs. Actively present the clinic’s medical services and develop relationships with patients. Manage appointments and provide support to ensure a high-quality experience before and after the consultation. Work with the medical team to ensure effective communication and a clear understanding of patients’ needs. Inform and advise patients about preparation and recovery procedures for ophthalmic interventions. Identify and implement new opportunities to promote the clinic’s services and support its development. Manage the documents required for patient registration and administration. Follow up on patient feedback to identify opportunities for improving services. Requirements Previous experience in sales, consulting or a similar role, preferably in the medical field. Excellent communication and patient-relations skills. Basic knowledge of medical procedures and ophthalmic terminology is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide services to the highest quality standards. Good computer skills and the ability to organise documentation.
