Job Summary : As a Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to   build   the foundation for our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be on   identifying   potential customers,   initiating   contact, and nurturing leads through the   early stages   of the sales process. To learn more about Zephire, please visit the link below! https://www.zephirepark.com/ Responsibilities and Duties: • Identify   and research   potential leads   through various channels, including social media, online research, and industry events. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential customers and generate interest in our software solutions. • Qualify   leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our products and services. • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. • Maintain   accurate   and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns. • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Track and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Skills and Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. • Strong ability to   identify   and qualify potential leads through various research methods and outreach techniques. • Understanding of   sales processes and techniques, with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role. • Highly motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and continue to pursue new leads. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Driven by achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on results. • Understanding of   the software technology industry and market dynamics. • Proficiency   in CRM software (e. g.,   Salesforce, HubSpot , SalesLoft & Outreach ) and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques. Experience and Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Technology, or   a related   field preferred. • 1 +   years   experience   in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context, is highly desirable. This includes experience in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000-79,000 USD Includes base salary plus commission.
