As we scale in North America, events will play a critical role in brand visibility, pipeline creation, and customer engagement. About the role This is a Vietnam-based role built to directly support Momos' US sales team. You'll be working in an APAC timezone while enabling a North American-facing sales motion — think overnight overlap, async-first delivery, and content built for the US buyer context. You own the full enablement stack: playbooks, training, CRM hygiene, and coaching. Senior individual contributor — no reports, full ownership. Requirements Content & playbooks Build and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling guides, and battle cards for the US market Develop onboarding and ramp materials for new US sales hires Localize content to reflect US buyer behavior, decision-making cadence, and SaaS sales culture Collaborate with Product and Marketing to keep materials current Training & coaching Design and deliver training covering product knowledge, sales methodology, negotiation, and customer handling Run async and live enablement sessions, role plays, and deal reviews Identify skill gaps and support targeted development across the team Help build a continuous learning culture that works across timezones CRM & tools Own CRM configuration and adoption — you can build, not just navigate Build dashboards giving US sales leadership real pipeline and performance visibility Drive adoption of AI and automation tools for prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting Cross-functional Align enablement priorities with US revenue targets alongside Sales and Finance leadership Partner with Marketing on campaign-to-close alignment and lead quality feedback Surface market insights to Product to inform roadmap decisions What we're looking for 2–3 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or a closely related function Proven individual contributor — you've delivered real impact without a team beneath you Built playbooks, training programs, and enablement content from scratch Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) — configure, not just use Comfortable with AI and automation tools in a sales context Strong English communication (written and verbal) — your US stakeholders will expect clarity and polish Able to work overlap hours to support a US-based team (late evening Vietnam time) Self-directed — you manage priorities and ship without close supervision Nice to have B2B SaaS, F&B tech, or multi-location brand experience SMB and enterprise sales support exposure Experience working in internationally distributed teams Benefits Why Join Momos?  A chance to shape the visual motion identity of a high-growth AI SaaS brand in the QSR + enterprise space.
