bwise Media is a global digital media agency focused on monetizing sports websites and apps. We pride ourselves on managing advertising sales for sports betting operators and collaborate with some of the world’s most popular sports portals. We are looking for a driven and ambitious  Sales Manager (Native Russian Speaker)  to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets, focusing on client acquisition and long-term partnership development in the  iGaming sector . Our ideal candidate has prior sales experience , an existing strong industry network and a deep understanding in  digital advertising  - concepts such as CPM, traffic sources, media buying, and campaign optimization. If you're passionate about digital advertising and the iGaming landscape, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets. Execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs. Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings (online & offline). Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
