Sales Manager (Reactive)At BlueSky Hospitality Solutions, youll help drive revenue for a portfolio of leading hotels across the United States, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. As a Sales Manager (Reactive), youll manage inbound sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert business inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional hospitality.Heres what youll do during a typical day:Manage corporate accounts and respond to group, corporate, and meeting inquiries.Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and secure contracts to maximize hotel revenue.Develop new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Monitor sales performance, conversion reports, and market trends to achieve revenue goals.Maintain accurate records in CRM and hotel sales systems.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, MICE, or Group Sales.Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other branded hotels is preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in hotel sales systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Opera, or similar platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Why BlueSky Hospitality SolutionsBlueSky Hospitality Solutions partners with globally recognized hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG to deliver commercial and operational excellence.
