Description
The TITLE provides Energy Upgrade business to North region located in Delhi.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
• Lead generation activity for Energy Upgrade in Noth region
• Energy Auditing
• Establish strong, long-term relationship with existing and prospective customers, cross selling
• ROI based value selling of Armstrong products & solutions
• Work with End users and Consultants to incorporate Armstrong specs
• Partner with ESCOs and offer energy solutions
• Build the OEM partnership portfolio
2ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
• Networking, presenting, promoting Armstrong products during the industry events and trade fairs and customer reach programs
• Concept selling
• Promote Armstrong value products & solutions to contractors in retrofit business
• Make strategies to develop energy upgrade business in the region
Role Requirements
• Degree in electrical / mechanical, MBA would be value addition. Preferred certification in Energy auditing.
• 7 – 10 years of experience working on HVAC industry (Sales, Solution development & Energy audit).
• Good technical knowledge & understanding of HVAC plant room, HVAC plant Automation & equipment’s like Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Tower & AHU’s etc
• Good data analysis skill to analyse & calculate potential energy savings
• Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)
• Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.
• Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
• Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
• Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
