Description
Sales Operations and Analytics Coordinator – EMEA On-site Central London (5 days a week) About Pixi Beauty Pixi Beauty is one of the fastest-growing independent beauty brands globally, with a presence in over 60 countries. Known for innovative, skin-loving formulas and a fiercely loyal fanbase, we blend botanical science with accessible beauty. We are now looking for a sharp, ambitious graduate who is eager to break into the world of sales. You don’t need prior beauty experience—just curiosity, hustle, and a desire to grow your career in commercial roles. About the Role This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the mechanics of sales operations in a fast-paced, global beauty business. You’ll provide hands-on support to the EMEA Sales team, gaining experience across sales forecasting, account coordination, customer data analysis, and retail execution. Key Responsibilities • Support Account Managers with data and insight generation for retailer meetings across key accounts in the UK and Europe. • Manage weekly sales trackers and forecasting templates, helping the team stay on top of performance. • Be the operational backbone for account activity: validate purchase orders, manage stock requests, and track delivery status. • Liaise with Pixi’s education and retail teams to activate store-level engagement in key markets. • Work cross-functionally to support labeling, translations, and product registration needs for international retailers. • Partner with our Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate execution of brand materials across EMEA markets. • Track retailer performance data and compile actionable reports for the sales team. • Assist in resolving customer issues quickly and professionally, escalating where needed. • Own accurate record-keeping around invoicing, collections, and shipping timelines. Who You Are • A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn • Analytical and comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets • Strong communicator, able to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passionate about brand building and curious about the business of beauty
