Description
Position Summary Responsible for sales administration, contract review and sales support. Key activities include managing quotations, contracts, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requests, pricing, account adjustments, customer master files, reporting and part number management. Daily interaction with customers, sales staff, internal departments and intercompany business units. Essential Functions • Preparation and submission of quotations, including price creation, margin review and tracking • Perform Contract Review and manage customer Scheduling Agreements/amendments (Price changes) and contracts • Manage pricing files, and analysis, surcharge and rebate agreements • Review and process account adjustments • Manage part number files, create BOM and communicate special instructions • Manage and maintain Customer Master Data in Customer Relation Management (CRM) & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) • Coordinate credit approval / credit limits with the Finance Department • Understand customer requirements, receive and manage correspondence (Request for Quotes - RFQ’s, Drawings Samples, PPAP etc.) and work with relevant departments • Inside support for sales engineers • Resolution of issues with Customers • Manage and track won/lost business and update, participate and help develop sales forecast • Review, track & control Customer Specific Requirements • Awareness and participation in World Class Operations (WCO) initiatives • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations • Compliance to the Oetiker Management Manual – IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 EMS requirements
