Aufgaben: • Manage and grow relationships with cleaning distributors while developing new business opportunities within the professional cleaning sector. • Visit end users (e.g., hospitals, retirement homes, healthcare and facility management organizations) to identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions. • Execute sales activities in line with agreed sales objectives, KPIs, and company sales strategy. • Collaborate with distributors and customers on promotional activities, product introductions, and tailored cleaning solutions. • Deliver basic product training and support to distributors and customers. • Maintain accurate account, activity, pipeline, forecast, and budget planning data in C4C (SAP Sales Cloud). • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments. • Work closely with Customer Service (CIC) and Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer support and service levels. Profil: • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within professional cleaning, hygiene, healthcare, paper or facility management sectors. • Strong business development and relationship management skills. • Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels. • Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Good in English; additional local language(s) are an advantage. • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. • We are looking for someone living close in one of the assign territory such as Bologna, Modena, Padova, Verona ect. ‎ ‎ Die Freudenberg Gruppe ist ein Arbeitgeber der Chancengleichheit, der sich für Vielfalt und Inklusion einsetzt.
