We have an opportunity for a to join our team at Yeovil Audi As a New & Used Car Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey and building long-lasting relationships. Working with the prestigious Audi brand, you will identify customer needs, present suitable vehicle solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle sales process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identifying customer needs and matching them with the most suitable new or used Audi vehicle. Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and confidently presenting vehicles and associated products. Managing enquiries, test drives, quotations, and vehicle handovers to a high standard. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and objectives. Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all sales processes are completed compliantly. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a seamless customer journey. What you will need to be a New & Used Car Sales Specialist at Yeovil Audi: A genuine passion for the Audi brand and delivering exceptional customer service. Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally within a target-driven environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. A resilient, motivated, and tenacious approach with a desire to exceed expectations. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude towards learning, development, and continuous improvement. The ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also being self-motivated. A full UK driving licence. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with every 3rd Sunday worked from 10:30am to 4:30pm. You'll benefit from a fixed day off every Tuesday and enjoy every 3rd full weekend off.
