POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ to own and evolve our Salesforce platform end-to-end. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the subject matter expert responsible for platform configuration, delivery, and user enablement across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll bring a track record of delivering scalable CPQ solutions, managing complex CRM environments, and driving measurable adoption across go-to-market teams. This will be a full-time, permanent position, working out of the Dublin office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Serve as the primary Salesforce platform owner for Trulioo's Sales Cloud and CPQ environments, with full accountability from requirements through to delivery and adoption. - Lead end-to-end CPQ configuration and optimisation: products, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approval workflows, and order management. - Own the full delivery lifecycle for Salesforce projects — scoping, building, testing, deploying, and iterating — ensuring changes land on time and to a high standard. - Design and own the Salesforce enablement programme: develop training materials, run onboarding sessions for new hires, and deliver ongoing education to keep users across Sales, CS, and RevOps proficient an
