Description
About myTomorrows  myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.    We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.    We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.    With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.   Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.  We're on a mission to enable earlier and better access to treatments and improve the lives of patients. Making it possible for anyone to find and access the best possible treatment options, with the click of a button. Bringing together demand and supply like never before, in one of the world's largest industries. Our patient-centered offering is gaining traction, and with the right team we can go from helping thousands of patients each year, to millions of patients. This is a delivery enablement role, distinct from Product Management (which owns vision, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment) and from the Product Analyst function (which focuses on market and feature analysis). The Scrum Master's mandate is operational: protect sprint discipline, keep the team of engineers aligned and accountable, and remove blockers so the product feature team can move quickly. You will own the rhythm of agile ceremonies for the product feature team, help translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical breakdowns, and surface and escalate blockers before they put sprint delivery at risk. You will work closely with the Product Manager to free up their time for strategic priorities without compromising day-to-day delivery momentum. Given this a contractor role and most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam. What you’ll do in this role: - Facilitating agile ceremonies for the product feature team - sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives - while keeping the backlog healthy and well-groomed. - Translating requirements into technical clarity. Working with the Product Manager to break down product requirements into clear, well-scoped tasks that give engineers enough technical detail to move quickly and confidently. - Tracking delivery and surfacing risk. You’ll flag blockers, slipping dependencies, and cross-team conflicts to the Product Manager early. - Holding the team accountable to sprint commitments. Keeping the team focused day-to-day, following up on commitments, and maintaining delivery discipline. - Supporting the Product Manager by owning day-to-day development coordination.
