Description
Master Works is seeking for a Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to scale agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and implementing Agile frameworks. The role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team collaboration. Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth workflow and sprint execution. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements. Ensure transparency by maintaining and updating Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Charts. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement and prioritization. Monitor team progress and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals and business objectives. Foster a positive and self-organized team environment that encourages accountability and collaboration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or within an Agile environment. Strong hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, methodologies, and principles. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to resolve conflicts, build consensus, and support cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset. Job Location: Client Site
