Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers within Dubai's secondary real estate market. Advise clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers. Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and available inventory. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and sales tools. Meet individual sales and business development objectives. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in the UAE (mandatory). Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary property market. Proven negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
