BPCM is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Fashion team, supporting a portfolio of globally recognized brands. This role is ideal for a strategic, media-savvy publicist who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about building impactful campaigns, cultivating meaningful media relationships, and delivering exceptional client service. With 4–5 years of public relations agency experience, you'll bring a proven track record of developing integrated communications strategies, securing high-impact media coverage, and serving as a trusted client advisor. You'll collaborate with some of the industry's most influential fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. With 4–5 years of public relations agency experience, you'll bring a proven track record of developing integrated communications strategies, securing high-impact media coverage, and serving as a trusted client advisor. You'll collaborate with some of the industry's most influential fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Requirements: What You'll Do Lead day-to-day communications across a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts, serving as a trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact. Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that drive measurable results and elevate brand visibility. Provide thoughtful counsel on brand positioning, messaging, media strategy, and industry opportunities. Proactively secure impactful media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier editors, journalists, stylists, creators, and industry influencers. Craft compelling press materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, executive talking points, and other client communications. Manage press events, launches, appointments, and brand activations from planning through execution. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client service. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify creative opportunities that keep clients at the forefront of the conversation. What You'll Bring 4–5 years of experience in a public relations agency, preferably supporting fashion, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands. Strong media relationships and a demonstrated history of securing meaningful earned media placements. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strategic thinking combined with impeccable organizational and project management abilities. Experience managing multiple clients and priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution. A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for mentoring others and contributing to team success.
