Summary: The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial management needs of Monster Transmission. This position will work closely with Monster’s on-site management team and the broader Burnout Brands finance organization. The Senior Accountant will function as a controller for Monster, providing hands-on financial support, maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing month-end activities, and helping management understand the financial performance of the business. This role requires someone who can move comfortably between detailed accounting work and operational business partnership. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of operating with a high degree of independence while maintaining strong communication with employees and leaders across multiple locations.
