As a Senior Ag Lending Analyst   on the Premier Dealer Finance team ,   you’ll   process complex credit facility applications, complete financial and risk analysis, prepare loan and legal documentation, and support lending programs. Your strong credit adjudication skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliver   accurate   lending solutions, respond to customer   requests   and support loan administration activities. What   you’ll   do • Interview customers, assess needs and complete financial and risk analysis by phone to process credit facility applications • Prepare required loan and legal documentation and support loan administration activities • Process disbursements,   adjudicate   credit, complete credit   checks   and process payoffs for Alliance partner programs • Respond to customer and partner requests received by phone,   email   and other channels • Execute collection activities and outbound call initiatives • Provide informal mentorship, coaching and guidance to developing Ag Lending Analysts and support process consistency What   you’ll   bring to the team Required qualifications: • A   bachelor ’s   degree in agriculture,   business   and/or finance • Minimum   tw o   years of relevant experience, including agricultural lending   or   finance   ( or   an   equiva len t   combination of   educa tion and   experience ) • Extensive knowledge of agricultural finance,   lending   and loan administration practices • Proven   expertise   in financial analysis, credit   assessment   and risk analysis • Demonstrated   proficiency   using computer systems and business information systems • Knowledge of lending processes, sales practices and legal requirements related to   personal property   and mortgage lending • Ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with colleagues Preferred qualifications: • Experience as an Ag Lending Analyst • Knowledge of Alliance partner lending programs and agreements • Experience working in a customer service   centre   or call- centre   environment Not sure you meet every requirement?
