We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Senior Tax Analyst to manage our cross-border tax compliance and global tax accounting workflows in support of the US headquarter tax team.  In this role, you will lead the end-to-end preparation of international tax filings and support the quarterly and annual global tax provision process. Key Responsibilities: • Manage international income tax compliance and tax provision process with tax consultants – review data provided to and from consultants, coordinate with outside tax service providers and liaise with various internal departments to analyze local GAAP/tax adjustments • Review quarterly estimates for all international subsidiaries. • Assist with international components of the quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision, including current/deferred taxes, tax account reconciliations, and uncertain tax positions. • Perform return-to-provision analysis and reconcile global income tax payable accounts • Conduct research and analysis on double-tax treaties, cross-border transactions, and withholding taxes. • Support income tax audits by gathering data, preparing documentation, and corresponding with tax authorities • Analyze complex tax laws, monitor legislative changes, and model tax-saving strategies or structural changes • Assist with transfer pricing study in multiple jurisdictions • Assist in maintaining income tax related Sarbanes Oxley 404 documentation • Assist in identifying tax opportunities and mitigating tax risks • Assist in identifying and implementing tax function process improvements Requirements: • 3 to 6+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in a multinational company or within a Big 4/large regional public accounting firm • Degree in accounting or tax with professional certifications • Strong foundational knowledge of tax concepts applied to international outbound/inbound transaction structures • Must be well-organized, hands-on, and detail oriented with good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data management tools, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
