THE ANIMAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TEAM The Animal and Environmental Health team invests in businesses that improve health outcomes across animal, environmental and public health domains. The portfolio spans companion animal pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, environmental remediation and monitoring, public health infrastructure, water and sanitation, and related services that address the critical intersection of animal welfare, environmental protection and human health. The team combines deep conviction in these secular tailwinds with disciplined execution, backing differentiated operators and building them through geographic expansion, innovation and strategic acquisition. THE ROLE The Senior Analyst will sit within the Animal and Environmental Health investment team and support the full investment lifecycle, from origination and diligence through execution and portfolio value creation. Reporting to the team's Vice Presidents and Principals and working directly with Partners, the Senior Analyst will own core analytical workstreams and carry direct responsibility for the financial modeling, market analysis and diligence output that inform the firm's investment decisions. This is a high-ownership seat for a commercial, intellectually curious analyst who wants to develop genuine sector expertise and a durable investing skill set inside a focused, performance-driven team. Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling Build and maintain detailed operating models, LBO models and returns analyses to evaluate new investments, add-on acquisitions and portfolio scenarios. Develop valuation frameworks across DCF, trading and transaction comparables, and assess capital structure, sources and uses, and sensitivity outcomes. Translate diligence findings into clear, decision-ready outputs that frame the investment thesis, key risks and the path to returns. Due Diligence & Execution Run commercial, financial and operational diligence workstreams in coordination with external advisors, deal counsel and management teams. Synthesize data rooms, expert calls and third-party reports into concise findings that sharpen the team's view on each opportunity. Draft investment committee memoranda, management presentations and term sheet inputs to a standard that withstands senior scrutiny.
