Impact with your bold ideas and help drive us forward Working as part of a team you will be required to report into the responsible Partner and will have responsibility for your client portfolio and within the audit department as follows: • Issues audit reports in accordance with professional standards and Firm policies; • Perform other special audit assignments on a case by case basis • Assist the team in providing high quality of services to clients • Designs audit approaches to complicated, specialized or new situations; • Monitor and improve the working procedures • Manages engagement problems and client issues; • Retain existing clients and secure new clients for the Firm; • Supervise and train the Managers, Seniors and Junior Staff in the team; • Manages staff and assesses staff for annual performance reviews; Qualifications: • Thai Nationality • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting • CPA qualification required. • Proven auditing capability with a minimum of 9 years relevant working experience. • Strong knowledge of best practice reporting. • High technical ability, excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities. • A positive and self-motivated attitude, willing to learn and be a good team player. • Confident communication and presentation skills, able to discuss complex issues with senior internal and client personnel. • Strong command of English language, both written and spoken. • Ability to work in high performance teams and under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
