We design and implement scalable, secure, high-impact technology solutions that accelerate business outcomes.   About the Role Provide second-line support for product, requirements, and planning enablement across a specific but multiple set of assigned teams. The Senior BA mentors front-line team members on moving the team from intake, requirements, and stakeholder review into implementation planning, with enough structure that the output can become epics, stories, Jira items, and QE-ready delivery increments. This role escalates to the BA Lead (or the Project Manager / Project Coordinator) when issues fall outside its remit.
