NICE Actimize, a global leader in financial crime prevention and trade surveillance solutions, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join the SURVEIL-X team at their Global Talent Center in Pune. You will work with implementation engineers, Project Managers, solution architects, and product teams to deliver compliance and trade surveillance solutions for financial institutions. What You'll Do • Communicate with stakeholders including clients, R&D teams, and senior leadership to address functional and technical queries, resolve configuration issues, and support User Acceptance Testing • Identify and propose product enhancements addressing client-specific compliance requirements within SURVEIL-X product frameworks • Partner with clients to understand data ingestion requirements, trade data flows, and system integration needs, translating them into implementation specifications • Build domain expertise in capital markets compliance, trade surveillance regulations (MiFID II, MAR, Dodd-Frank), and SURVEIL-X capabilities • Deliver product demonstrations and client-facing solution presentations articulating SURVEIL-X capabilities and business value • Support peer reviews, contribute to team knowledge-sharing, and mentor junior team members What You Need • 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking • BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent qualification • Mandatory domain experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking with prior exposure to trade surveillance or compliance technology • Proficiency in database querying, Linux/Unix command-line operations, and log analysis • Strong verbal and written English communication skills and experience working in global matrix organizational environments • Hands-on experience with data transformation, integration pipelines, and financial data mapping; proficient in SQL for querying trade and market data Nice to Have • Prior exposure to NICE Actimize Compliance Suite applications (SURVEIL-X, AML, Fraud Detection) • Familiarity with Actimize front-end configuration (AIS/RCM/UDM) • Expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle) • Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting; familiarity with AWS cloud environments • Ability to mentor, guide, and support team members
