As a senior business development consultant at Gallup, you’ll lead complex consultative sales conversations with senior executives, helping them solve their most pressing performance challenges through evidence-based insights and strategic advisory.
This is a high-performance, quota-carrying role for someone energised by uncovering opportunity, closing complex deals and building deep, lasting partnerships as a trusted adviser.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end business development across French-speaking markets, from proactive outreach and qualification to closing and strategic partnership
Drive bookings and revenue growth, taking ownership of your performance from day one
Conduct deep discovery conversations with senior executives, listening intently for underlying needs and strategic opportunities
Shape compelling proposals and architect tailored solutions
Influence complex stakeholder groups and confidently navigate objections to gain commitment and close deals
Orchestrate internal teams and resources to deliver seamless client experiences from sale through execution
Stay engaged post-sale as a strategic adviser, participating in key touchpoints and strengthening long-term partnerships
Represent Gallup at executive meetings, events and industry forums to expand your network and open new commercial conversations

What You Need
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
At least five years of experience in advisory or consultative sales environments required
Proven success winning new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles required
Demonstrated experience carrying and achieving revenue targets required
Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline and CRM proficiency required
Excellent written, presentation and negotiation skills required
Experience selling multiyear agreements for analytics, research-based, advisory, consulting or solutions-based offerings preferred
Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios preferred
Native-level fluency in French required; professional fluency in English required
Experience using AI to enhance productivity, insight generation or sales activities preferred
A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week required
Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
