POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for delivering scalable analytics, reporting solutions, and business intelligence capabilities that drive data-informed decision making. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing sales reporting, data models, automation solutions, and analytical frameworks across multiple platforms, including SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for reporting architecture, data governance, automation initiatives, and commercial analytics while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting capabilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Develop and manage scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks supporting Sales Operations, commercial analytics, and executive reporting Lead reporting initiatives related to Oracle ERP and associated business systems, including implementations, upgrades, data migrations, and building and maintaining SQL-based reporting to support Sales Operations Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts across multiple data environments and sources Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI, Oracle reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and other business intelligence platforms Deliver high-impact reporting and actionable insights on sales performance, forecasting, and key business metrics to support strategic decision-making Collect, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to support business intelligence initiatives Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and performance across all reporting and analytics environments Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and decision-support tools Establish and champion best practices for reporting development, documentation, testing, deployment, and data governance Lead and support strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and reporting modernization Identify and implement automation opportunities that streamline reporting and data management activities Perform root-cause analysis and resolve data, reporting, visualization, and system integration issues Develop and maintain advanced VBA solutions, macros, and automated workflows to improve efficiency Mentor analysts and business users on reporting tools, data interpreta
