Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Engineer to work on large-scale desktop software products in Medical domain. The role focuses on performance optimization, stability improvements, modernization of legacy systems, and development of high-quality desktop applications. • Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++ • Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions • Analyze, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems • Participate in modernization and refactoring of legacy codebases • Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver stable and efficient solutions • Contribute to software quality improvements, debugging activities, and system stability initiatives • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows and accelerate implementation activities • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices initiatives • 5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development • Strong expertise in modern C++ standards including C++14/17/20 • Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with desktop application development • Practical experience with Qt • Experience working with Make, Conan, and MSVC • Experience with CEF integration • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English • WILL BE A PLUS • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows • Experience working in regulated software environments • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • German language skills
