Collateral Management (CMS ) is a national tech solution that boosts lien and registration services , recovery services , and insolvency management solutions for Canadian Lenders    As part of AutoScout24 group , Europe’s largest online car marketplace, we’re shaping the future of automotive retail in Canada and beyond.   Join us on our journey as we bring together the best of Europe and North America to shape the future of automotive retail.     As Senior Creative Strategist , you will shape how our brand shows up across paid social, YouTube, creator partnerships, and organic channels.   Your focus will be turning our brand strategy into clear, practical creative direction that works in-market. This means defining how the brand comes to life across ads, creators, and content formats in a way that is consistent, distinctive, and effective.   You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to bring that direction to life through high-quality short-form video and social creative. In partnership with the paid social team, you will help define the creative testing roadmap, using campaign insights and performance learnings to understand what resonates and continuously improve creative effectiveness over time.   Paid social and online video are key channels for rapid learning and iteration. You will use those learnings to strengthen how we show up across channels and help evolve how the brand is expressed going forward.   What  You’ll   Do   Own the creative testing roadmap: define hypotheses, test, learn, and iterate on creative concepts, hooks, creator types etc.  Partner with the paid social performance marketing team to learn how ads are performing and determine what to test next.  Use insights and performance data to improve creative output and messaging   Brief and manage creators and internal teams  to deliver high-quality short-form video content   Review creator-submitted outlines, rough cuts, and final edits to ensure the work stays on brief before it goes live.  Define how AutoScout24 app/site moments show up inside creator content so the work is useful and credible, not just branded entertainment.  Build and manage a small roster of creators who represent the brand authentically   Ensure consistency across paid and organic social channels   Explore AI tools and workflows to improve creative speed and efficiency   What You’ll Bring   8+ years of experience in brand, social creative, content strategy, or similar roles   Strong experience working with creators and short-form content production   Solid understanding of platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok   Proven ability to turn brand ideas into effective ads and social content   Data-informed mindset with strong creative judgment (no heavy analytics required)  Experience briefing and managing creators and creative production   Comfortable making clear go/no-go creative decisions   Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production or iteration   Fluent English and French skills at intermidiate level   Experience scaling creator-led or UGC content strat
