Lattice (the HR/people-management platform) wants someone to build a scalable customer advocacy engine - sitting between product marketing and customer growth. You'd own multi-channel expansion campaigns (email, in-app, webinars, events) that drive cross-sell and handraisers, plus build durable proof: G2 reviews, references, customer stories that accelerate deals.
