This role develops, maintains, and optimizes scalable software and test solutions for automated manufacturing systems. The incumbent will design and integrate hardware and software solutions while using AI-assisted coding and automation technologies to improve development productivity, system reliability, and alignment with customer and production requirements. Working with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional Business Units (BUs), the role analyzes product and system issues, drives root cause resolution, and implements improvements. It also includes deploying enterprise automation solutions, including RPA and workflow automation, and managing external software development partners from concept through deployment and maintenance. The role supports continuous improvement and digital transformation by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance testing efficiency, system performance, and operational excellence.
