The Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing, integrating, and delivering enterprise performance data and insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the organization. This position develops and maintains performance reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that provide organizational leaders with meaningful visibility into key performance indicators, operational trends, and business outcomes. The Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting needs, transform data into actionable insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role also provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promotes data quality and analytical best practices, and contributes to the ongoing advancement of enterprise performance measurement and reporting capabilities.
How You'll Make An Impact
Develop of dashboards and analytical reports that help monitor, maintain, and improve quality standards
Analyze key performance data and identify levers that impact patient service and trial delivery
Drive ad hoc and regular cadence analytics and reporting that supports current goals and business initiatives
Work with leaders across the value chain to gather the necessary information to track organizational performance with the aim of addressing cross-functional improvement opportunities
Assist in formulating proper indicators across departments and lead team effort to produce data that will shed light on indicators, to understand execution performance, strengths and opportunities
Provide business support to operations team as needed and interface with strategic customers when required
Mentor jr. analysts and support in systems training around the organization.
The Expertise Required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Advanced in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
Proven analytical and organizational skills to meet deadlines in an environment of often-changing priorities, conceptual thinker comfortable with ambiguity
A successful analyst must have high capacity for productivity, passion and curiosity to understand the "why", and ability to create and support a story based on quantitative findings
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, business, or another related field
