About the Role Justworks is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join our Internal Experiences Design team. This team is responsible for the experiences that bridge our product, service and operations together. This role requires deep collaboration with peers in Engineering, Product Management, Data, Research and Compliance, as well as close partnership with stakeholders in Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Underwriting. In this role, you’ll help to enable and create experiences for Justworks seller, service and operational layers in order to elevate the overall customer experience. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Advocate for Justworks users and champion operational simplicity across all touchpoints; balancing UX concerns with business goals, technological constraints, and broader company strategy.  Collaborate closely with partners in Product, Engineering, Research and Data  to define scope and align on user and business goals. Participate in discovery efforts and leverage insights to frame design problems and translate them into actionable solutions. Partner with peers in other design teams to extend and adapt systems where necessary. Help guide and support less-experienced designers contributing to shared efforts.
