MAIN PURPOSE The FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst will support the FP&A Senior Manager as a finance business partner to five markets. Other than that, responsibilities also include contributing to monthly performance reporting, regional overhead cost management, working capital tracking, and the annual budgeting process. The role also plays a key part in the Group's finance transformation journey, including the SAP S/4HANA implementation and the migration to Power BI reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Partnering & Market Support Support the FP&A Senior Manager in acting as finance business partner to five markets, providing financial analysis, performance insights, and decision-making support. Assist in the preparation of monthly ELT (Executive Leadership Team) presentation slides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and commercially relevant commentary. Support group ad-hoc analysis on brand profitability and channel profitability as directed. Serve as back-up to the person heading Group Reporting, ensuring continuity of reporting deliverables when required. 2. Regional Overhead Cost Management & Monthly Reporting Manage the regional overhead expense tracker, monitoring actuals against budget and prior year across all regional cost centres. Work closely with the team responsible for capturing overhead transactions to analyse variances, identify savings or overspend, and determine risks & opportunities. Prepare and present a clear variance analysis to the CFO on Working Day 5 (WD5) every month, with well-supported commentary and actionable insights. Assist in data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities related to finance transformation initiatives. 3. Working Capital — Inventory & POSM Track and monitor Group inventory on a monthly basis as part of the Company's working capital risk management framework. Analyse inventory performance using key metrics including Stock Cover and Life in Days (LID). Track Group Point-of-Sales Materials (POSM) on a monthly basis, monitoring balances and flagging areas of concern. Collaborate with market finance teams and market supply chain teams to support corrective actions 4.
