You will play a central role in shaping how Finance supports decision-making across a leading European SaaS business. Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations and Finance, you will translate operational drivers into financial outcomes, build scalable reporting and planning solutions, and help transform data into actionable commercial insights. You take ownership of outcomes, hold yourself to high professional standards, and are motivated by delivering meaningful impact rather than simply completing tasks. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly and where collaboration with senior stakeholders is a natural part of everyday work. You are comfortable working with ambitious goals, challenging deadlines and a high level of accountability, recognising that these are characteristics of a performance-driven, private equity-backed technology company. Success in this role requires resilience, adaptability and a proactive mindset. You build strong relationships across the organisation, communicate with clarity and confidence, and are equally comfortable leading discussions with senior management as working independently to solve complex problems. Core Responsibilities   Own and continuously develop forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning models across ARR, revenue, billing, cash flow and operating expenses, ensuring robust decision support for executive management. Design and develop scalable reporting solutions, dashboards and data models using BI and other analytical tools to improve transparency, support decision-making and reduce manual work. Drive automation and digitalisation of Finance processes by leveraging modern analytics, AI-powered tools and workflow automation to improve efficiency, forecast accuracy and data quality.
