Description
Jasara PMC is a program management company established as a joint venture between Aramco, Jacobs, and the Public Investment Fund. With the ambition to be the premier Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, Jasara plays a key role in supporting complex construction programs with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and operational excellence. In this role, you will provide senior health and safety leadership across active construction environments, helping to strengthen assurance practices and promote a consistent culture of safe delivery. This is an opportunity to work closely with project and site leadership, influence standards across multiple stakeholders, and contribute to the safe execution of major projects. Responsibilities Lead daily health and safety assurance activities across active project sites. Coordinate with project teams to implement risk controls and safe work practices. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with H&S standards. Requirements 15+ years of health and safety management experience on large-scale construction projects. Experience leading health and safety work across major infrastructure, buildings, or multi-site construction programs. Strong knowledge of health and safety assurance, including health and safety audits and inspections. Knowledge of Saudi construction safety requirements, ISO 45001, and major contractor HSE standards. Experience preparing reports and communicating safety findings to senior stakeholders, including project directors, client representatives, and site leadership. Experience with incident investigations is a plus. A relevant health and safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent credential is a plus.
