📋 Description
• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Evaluate and optimize Workday compensation design aligned with growth and Total Rewards.
• Configure compensation grades, salary ranges, and staffing processes.
• Develop and maintain HR/Compensation Workday reports and dashboards.
• Configure Workday security for new implementations and troubleshoot security issues.
• Manage worker lifecycle events (hire, onboarding, changes, leaves, termination).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Workday functional experience (configuration and support).
• 3+ years supporting HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Experience with organizational changes including acquisitions and global expansion.
• Experience in complex orgs with multiple BU and international populations.
• Experience configuring Workday security, and building reports, dashboards, and data validation
