Salém Bechara, 140 - conj. 1601 - Centro, Osasco - SP, 06018-180, Brazil Please send your resume in English only.   We are looking for the Senior / Lead HR Business Partner who partners with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement   Duties & Responsibilities:   Business Partnership: Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.   Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.   Support business transformation, organizational change, and growth initiatives.   Use people data and analytics to inform business decisions and recommend actionable solutions. Talent  Management: Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-performing talent.   Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.   Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.   Coach managers on talent assessment and career development conversations.   Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.   Organizational  Development & Change Management: Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives.   Partner with leaders during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, or transformation programs.   Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.   Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness.   Strong experience in employee relations, including handling complex employee cases and termination processes.   Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner r experience   Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.   Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.   Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational transformations, restructuring, and culture change initiatives.   Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to balance business needs and risk management.   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret
