Description
Hawk-Eye Innovations is a sports technology company delivering real-time ball, player, and skeletal tracking solutions. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and develop machine learning models for real-time performance, integrate ML features into products like SkeleTRACK, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical decisions across the ML and Computer Vision teams.
What You'll Do
• Design and develop machine learning models with emphasis on real-time performance and optimization
• Integrate cutting-edge ML features into the SkeleTRACK product and related tracking systems
• Analyze model performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize for deployment
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions on ML architecture and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, annotation teams, and cross-functional engineers to ensure data quality and workflow efficiency
• Own solutions from design through delivery, including clean, well-structured code and architectural contributions
What You Need
• Strong Python programming fundamentals
• Hands-on expertise with PyTorch and PyTorch-Ignite
• Linux and Windows 10 experience
• TensorRT for model optimization and deployment
• GIT and collaborative software development practices
Nice to Have
• Modern C++ (C++17/20) proficiency
• CUDA and GPU computing experience
• OpenCV for computer vision tasks
• ClearML for experiment tracking and management
• CMake and Visual Studio build tools
• TypeScript and Semantic UI React for frontend integration
• SSH and secure deployment workflow knowledge
• QT, JIRA, Confluence, and TeamCity CI/CD experience
