Role Overview Enfinity India is looking for a high-calibre finance professional to work on equity and structured capital transactions across its renewable energy platform. This role offers direct exposure to equity, structured equity, and mezzanine transactions at both asset and platform level. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Capital Formation, India and be actively involved in deal structuring, investor negotiations, financial modelling, and transaction closure. This is a front-end transaction execution role in a fast-scaling renewable energy platform. Key Responsibilities Equity & Structured Capital Execution Support execution of platform level and asset-level equity raises Assist in structuring and evaluating transactions including: Minority / majority stake sales, Joint ventures and Structured equity-instruments Mezzanine financing Analyze capital structure strategies to optimize return, leverage, and risk allocation Transaction Management Support end-to-end deal lifecycle: investor outreach to financial close Prepare teasers, Information Memoranda, management presentations, and IC materials Coordinate with legal, financial, tax, and technical advisors during diligence and documentation Support commercial negotiations and term sheet discussions Track transaction milestones and drive closure timelines Financial Modelling & Valuation Build and manage advanced project and platform-level financial models Conduct valuation analysis (DCF, IRR, sensitivity, and scenario modeling) Evaluate transaction accretion/dilution, LTV impact, and return profiles Investor Interface Engage with infrastructure funds, private equity investors, and strategic partners Manage data rooms Q&A process, and investor diligence requirements Support relationship development with institutional capital providers Requirements Experience (6–7 Years) Mandatory end to end equity fundraise transaction experience Big 4 Advisory Transaction Corporate Finance in Renewable Energy / Infrastructure Demonstrated experience in deals execution and closures Technical Strength Strong corporate finance and capital structuring fundamentals Advanced Excel-based financial modelling capability Strong valuation and investment analysis skills High-quality PowerPoint and investor communication ability Preferred Renewable energy / infrastructure transaction exposure MBA (Finance) from reputed institute CFA (completed or pursuing)
