As a (Senior)   Merchandiser, you will strategize and develop the   Wom en’s Department   Merchandising strategy to drive business growth across markets and platforms. You will   be required   to collaborate closely with Branding, Design, Merchandise Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain departments to   establish , communicate and execute long-term and seasonal vision for the company's product lines. You will   be responsible for   developing merchandise assortment mix strategies   for all   Wom en’s categories . These strategies are based on in-depth brand and market analysis to push into the markets and pull fundamental information on trends and commercial needs from the markets. Responsibilities : Collection Planning • Develop and Execute   Wom en’s   product line planning for shoes,   bags   and   accessories. • Develop regional collection plans and must-haves for each region based on brand direction, fashion   trends   and in-depth market understan ding. • Analyse the market to stay abreast of trends. Compile competitive shopping analysis and present relevant conclusions. Incorporate findings to   impact   future product line   developments. Merchandise Management • Liaise closely with R&D, Supply Chain and Merchandise Planning to develop best sellers,   core   and highlight styles to support brand storytelling, brand relevancy and enhance the commercial viability of the   collections. • Closely liaise w ork with the Merchandising Planning Team to enhance category growth and profitability   for each   market. • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team on strategic product display to maximize consumer interest and promote   excitement and   sales for the brand . Product Management • Manage and improve item classification guide in ensuring compliance and relevance of classification for   analysis. Product Pricing Strategy • Develop   suggested retail price strategy with Merchandising Planning Team and   identify   gaps and needs in pricing   strategy. • Set   price points for seasonal products based on margins,   product   positioning   and market   competitiveness. Seasonal Buying Preparation • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on deliverables and timeline for the season. • Communicate the Merchandising Strategy for the season and any key initiatives   to internal and external buying team. Data Analysis and Reports • Conduct in-depth   global   performance review for each season by product   line and   action plans for each category. Others • Lead   and   participate   in department projects for strong ownership of product i nitiatives, through cross-departmental collaboration . Requirements: • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or Business • Minimum   3   to   6   years of relevant experience in similar capacity • Experience in regional markets, especially South-East Asia and   Greater China • Business fluency in English • Analytical and data driven mindset with a clear focus on results • High Excel competency • Experience using Power BI is desirable • Excellent interpersonal,   planning   and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment • A team player • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry Notify us about your interest in potential future opportunities by clicking Get Started below.
