Description
Job Summary: Senior Principal Technical Product Manager will be responsible for delivery of advanced Co-Packaged Optics and Optical Engine products. This will include the integration of high-speed Electrical IC (EIC), Silicon Photonics (PIC), advanced packaging, reflowable optical connector, and laser coupling. Candidate will need to work with internal design and process teams, as well as external suppliers to ensure the final CPO and Light Engine product meets performance specifications and bring products from concept to production with good yield and reliability.
