Description
The Driver Acquisition & Activation stream is focused on attracting new drivers to inDrive and ensuring their successful start on the platform. Our goal is to maximize the conversion from first interest through successful registration to completing first trips — the 1st, 5th, 10th, 50th, and beyond. We optimize acquisition channels, streamline onboarding, remove barriers for new drivers, and create the most comfortable conditions for starting work. As the Senior Product Manager leading this stream, you will own the end-to-end driver funnel — from acquisition through activation — define its product strategy, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to grow and retain our driver supply across markets.
