Core Competencies • Proven ability to run three or more concurrent delivery tracks simultaneously — spanning applications, AI, data, infrastructure, and security — without dedicated track-specific support staff . • Strong   project   delivery governance instincts — comfortable owning risk/compliance checkpoints, not just schedules. • Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence. • Comfort   operating   at the intersection of business   process   and emerging technology (AI/BI). • Strong risk and dependency management instincts, including in security and compliance contexts.
