Requirements We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-value digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives from inception to successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Establish and maintain: Program governance Executive reporting frameworks Risk registers RAID logs Executive dashboards Serve as the primary point of contact for: Executive stakeholders Steering committees C-level executives Build and maintain strong relationships with: Government entities Enterprise clients Strategic partners Internal leadership teams Coordinate cross-functional teams, including: UX CX Product Management Technology Data AI PMO External vendors Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while proactively resolving delivery challenges. Manage: Project planning Resource allocation Budgeting Forecasting Financial performance Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies. Facilitate: Executive workshops Strategic planning sessions Decision-making meetings Mentor project managers and delivery teams. Continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience. At least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs. Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or an equivalent international consulting organization ( highly preferred ). Bachelor's degree in: Business Engineering Information Technology Computer Science Related field Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) ( preferred ). PMP Certification (Mandatory). Additional certifications are highly desirable: PRINCE2 Agile Scrum SAFe PMI-ACP Required Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering mega projects valued in the multi-million SAR range. Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees. Strong commercial and financial management skills, including: Budgeting Forecasting Contract management Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong program planning, governance, and dependency management capabilities. Deep understanding of: Agile Waterfall Hybrid delivery methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under pressure. Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
