Based in Auckland, you’ll work closely with our diverse customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. What You Will Do Lead large, complex ERP and CRM transformation projects for customers across a variety of industries. Provide strategic delivery leadership, ensuring governance, decision-making, and project controls align with customer outcomes and Theta delivery standards. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders, helping them navigate project, organisational, and business change decisions. Deliver agreed business and technology outcomes for assigned projects within approved scope, timeframes and budget. Ensure stakeholders receive clear, outcome-focused updates on progress, risks, issues, and key decisions Manage daily project operations, schedules, risks, issues, and changes Assign project resources, budgets, and profitability and keep documentation up to date Review Statements of Work and proposals Skills and Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako  Experience managing complex ERP or CRM projects from start to finish Experience managing a portfolio of projects across different customers and industries Focus on delivering business value and customer outcomes Skilled in planning, estimation, risk, and issue management Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP) Suitable for someone with 5+ years project management experience Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Boards, MS Project) About us | Mō mātou  We have 30 years of experience as a New Zealand-owned technology consultancy.
