Das Mögliche neu denken Job Description Summary Provide expert planning and project controls support for BHIG’s Project Portfolio Organization, ensuring accurate scheduling, cost forecasting, and performance reporting. The role drives compliance with BHIG standards and customer requirements, enabling successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools. • Ensure alignment of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with overall project timelines. • Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies. Cost Control & Forecasting • Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections. • Track commitments, expenditures, and variances against approved budgets. • Support monthly cost reporting and earned value analysis. Project Controls Governance • Implement Air Products and BHIG project controls procedures. • Maintain accurate progress measurement systems and performance dashboards. Customer Expectation Management • Provide transparent reporting to customers and stakeholders on schedule and cost performance. • Address concerns promptly and ensure alignment with contractual requirements. • Interface & Coordination • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to validate progress data. • Support change management processes and assess impact on schedule and cost. Risk & Change Management • Identify schedule and cost risks; develop mitigation plans. • Evaluate change requests and incorporate approved changes into baseline plans. Minimum Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. • Experience: 8+ years in project planning and controls within oil & gas or petrochemical projects. • Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera P6, cost control systems, and EPC execution practices; familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards. • Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred. Working Conditions • Site-based in Jubail (BHIG and customer sites) with occasional travel. • Contractor role.
