Job description Job summary The role is primarily focused on leading and coaching a team of developers in supporting, maintaining and further developing Easy Employer's platform. Scope and Magnitude • Position has impact on Easy Employer's client base Australia-wide Position Functions • Coach and lead development team to deliver assigned tasks, functions and larger projects • Maintain existing software applications, including bug fixes • Develop major and minor enhancements to software functionality • Perform testing on existing and developed software applications • Provide input and leadership on existing and potential software applications and projects • Communicate Development Team progress against goals and deadlines • Direct liaison with clients to determine and execute specific individual software requirements Working Relationships • Report to take direction from and work in conjunction with Software and Technology Director (direction, guidance, policy and procedures) • Manage, Lead and Coach Junior Developer team • Work in conjunction with Helpdesk team (technical advice, troubleshooting, client feedback) • Communicate directly with clients (deliver software requirements)
