Blink Health is a healthcare technology company building products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable. As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will take ownership of strategic technical challenges, envision solutions, and drive execution across areas like telemedicine, home delivery, pharmacy platforms, and AI-powered personalization. What You'll Do • Design and build new APIs to power innovative features and drive product development • Take ownership of complex technical problems, envision strategic solutions, and drive execution like an entrepreneur • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, data scientists, and marketers to ship products and features • Fix performance problems, debug production issues, perform code and architecture reviews, and lead feature releases • Design, build, deploy, and use AI/ML solutions for telemedicine triage, fraud detection, personalization, and operational automation What You Need • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience • Proficiency with modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript • Experience building reliable, maintainable code on collaborative teams and contributing to large codebases • Strong product acumen and ability to own features from design through delivery to production • Bachelor's degree or B.Tech from a top institution • Linux experience Nice to Have • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as MCP servers, n8n, Google ADK, Vector DBs, and Langchain • Familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, and generative AI for personalization and patient support • Experience integrating AI into production-grade systems with measurable business impact • Interest in applying AI responsibly in healthcare to maximize patient value and trust
