The Company’s second product candidate is 4D-710, which is the first known genetic medicine to demonstrate successful delivery and expression of the CFTR transgene in the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis after aerosol delivery GENERAL SUMMARY 4DMT is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a hands-on, business-facing technology leader and trusted IT partner supporting our G&A functions, including Procurement, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Facilities. This role configures, optimizes, supports, and applies AI and automation to the G&A application portfolio, enabling compliant, scalable business processes that support 4DMT’s commercialization objectives. A successful candidate will be a hands-on G&A Solutions Architect who personally combines enterprise application and integration build skills, AI innovation, stakeholder engagement, and governance discipline to enable scalable growth and commercial readiness. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Partnership Serve as the day-to-day IT point of contact and trusted advisor to G&A stakeholders. Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, well-documented solutions. Run hands-on process improvement initiatives and maximize value from existing platforms. Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management in partnership with the Business Process Owner (BPO). Enterprise Applications Support and Solution Act as the functional and technical owner for applications used across the G&A ecosystem, with primary day-to-day responsibility for the Procurement, CLM, legal spend, and finance platforms in use; scope will shift as new G&A applications are implemented. Perform configuration, enhancements, UAT, security administration, and release/regression testing. Coordinate with outsourced remote MSP on day-to-day basis – ticket triage, backlog prioritization, SLA tracking, and escalation. Support the underlying business processes end-to-end from IT, technology and compliance standpoint, including contract lifecycle management, procurement, supplier data management, spend management, inventory management, and reporting Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and pilot new business technologies supporting future growth.
